Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and robotics control systems.
- Robotics Integration: Bridge the gap between high-level AI reasoning and low-level hardware control, ensuring seamless real-time performance.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in reinforcement learning, computer vision, and natural language processing to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Robotics, or Systems Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex, distributed systems and optimize performance under real-world constraints.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
