Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a comprehensive 2026 product roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives and market demands.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Policy & Ethics: Define and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive innovation in uncharted territories.
