Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) across internal departments.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Legal) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and competitors to ensure FutureHorizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Lead the training and evaluation of proprietary AI models.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Deep technical understanding of LLMs, NLP, and generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in high-availability environments.
