Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key opportunities in Generative AI and Quantum supremacy.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists to prototype next-generation algorithms.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Manage the deployment of AI models with a focus on ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
- Drive innovation in neural interface design and cognitive computing applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing engineering.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and neural network architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to executive leadership.
