Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of high-performance AI and Machine Learning pipelines designed for 2026 scalability standards.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to translate research prototypes into production-ready software.
- Define and implement best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps automation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced neural networks) and assess their applicability to our core product suite.
- Ensure system security, latency optimization, and cost-efficiency in cloud-native environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
