Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation distributed AI systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core enterprise infrastructure to drive automation and efficiency.
- Define and implement robust security protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and user data in a decentralized future.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure scalability across all cloud environments.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable Machine Learning models in production environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices and zero-trust architecture models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
