Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on LLMs, MLOps pipelines, and real-time inference engines.
- Performance Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques to reduce latency and increase throughput for large-scale data processing.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Integrate fairness, transparency, and safety guidelines into system design to ensure responsible AI adoption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- System Monitoring: Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-concurrency systems and distributed databases.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
