Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to define technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of deploying high-performance models to production environments.
