Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and NLP algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research and implement novel techniques in reinforcement learning and computer vision.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, statistics, and probability.
- Track record of publishing research papers or shipping high-impact products.
