Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end development of our strategic vision for the upcoming year, aligning it with executive goals and market realities.
- Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategies to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Innovation Integration: Spearhead the integration of AI and automation into core business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Budget Management: Oversee the strategic budget allocation, ensuring optimal ROI on all initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or executive consulting.
