Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js) with a focus on WebGPU and 3D rendering.
- AI Integration: Integrate Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) directly into frontend interfaces to create intelligent user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Achieve Core Web Vitals scores of 100, ensuring lightning-fast load times and smooth animations on all devices.
- Accessibility (a11y): Enforce WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards to ensure digital inclusivity for all users.
- Code Quality: Establish and maintain rigorous code standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and implementing new technologies (e.g., WebAssembly, WebGL) to keep our product competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack or frontend development experience.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern CSS (Tailwind, SCSS), and at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- 3D & Graphics: Proven experience with Three.js, Babylon.js, or WebGL for 3D web rendering.
- AI/ML: Familiarity with integrating AI APIs or building client-side ML models.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
