Responsibilities
- Architect High-Performance UIs: Design and implement scalable, component-based frontend architectures using React and modern state management libraries.
- AI Integration: Build and optimize real-time data pipelines connecting frontend interfaces with generative AI models (LLMs) and vector databases.
- Performance Optimization: Achieve and maintain a Core Web Vitals score of 100, ensuring instant load times and smooth 60fps animations even on mobile devices.
- Design System Leadership: Contribute to and evolve our internal design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Accessibility (a11y): Ensure all interfaces are WCAG 2.1 AA compliant and accessible to all users.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and the Next.js framework (App Router).
- Styling: Proficiency in CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components) and a strong eye for pixel-perfect design.
- Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable design requirements.
