Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for long-term technology adoption, identifying trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient systems that can withstand future market shifts.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proof systems adhere to global security standards and data privacy regulations.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of Microservices, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and implementing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Agile Mastery: Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
