We are seeking a visionary Senior Future Systems Architect to lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap. Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, high-performance systems aligned with the company's 2026 strategic milestones.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-Symbolic AI, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Technical Strategy: Define architectural standards and best practices for a distributed, multi-cloud environment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks before they impact the roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with distributed systems.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced, experimental environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
