Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced NLP) into the core product stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, security, and performance benchmarks are met.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- R&D Leadership: Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of implementing systems designed to scale exponentially (e.g., Big Data, distributed systems).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and introducing cutting-edge technologies into established workflows.
