Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and future-proof microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing protocols, Next-Gen Cloud) into our ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade security standards and ensure compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and serverless technologies.
- Futuristic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing next-generation technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
