- Lead Innovation Labs: Oversee internal R&D projects focused on next-gen scalability and futuristic user interfaces.
- Technical Architecture: Design robust, scalable systems capable of handling the complexity of future data streams and AI integrations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and futurists, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to align technical strategy with broader business goals and 2026 revenue targets.
- Security & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring data privacy and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or product leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating abstract future concepts into concrete, actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the future is being written.
