Responsibilities
Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.Lead R&D initiatives in cutting-edge areas such as Generative AI, Sustainable Tech, and Autonomous Systems.Cross-collaborate with executive leadership to secure resources and budget for high-impact innovation projects.Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and provide actionable insights for adoption.Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems that can handle future growth and complexity.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy.Proven track record of leading high-impact technology roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and DevOps methodologies.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment within the San Francisco Bay Area.
