Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to build next-gen solutions.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of AI-driven systems and scalable infrastructure.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and evaluate their potential application.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Deep Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
