Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technical roadmap focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and autonomous systems.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, conducting rigorous proofs of concept to determine feasibility for enterprise deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring junior architects and engineers to unlock their full potential.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI, Machine Learning, or Fintech.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term and align technical strategy with broader business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
