Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model future technological disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-ready innovations into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present future outlooks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or whitepapers
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and probabilistic modeling skills
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
