Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future strategies with organizational vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Build and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and boards through compelling narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis capabilities for complex systems
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
