Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports analyzing disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives preparing for 2026 market transformations
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients using proprietary simulation tools
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and econometric analysis
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and behavioral scientists
- Translate complex future projections into enterprise roadmaps with clear KPIs and ROI projections
- Present findings to executive boards and investor forums through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, agent-based modeling)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
