Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI convergence domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2035 market scenarios and disruption vectors
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-ready principles into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Author high-impact white papers and executive briefings on exponential technology implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for board-level decision-making
- Drive innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future scenarios for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
