Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging tech domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in IEEE and Nature journals
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI impact assessments
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing industry-wide research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology verticals
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau/Python proficiency
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
