- Design and validate innovation frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier industry journals
- Manage cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen solutions with $10M+ R&D budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Present futures insights to board members and influence corporate strategy decisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certified in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and TED-level speaking ability
