You'll work in our state-of-the-art Innovation Hub, collaborating with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors to translate foresight into actionable enterprise strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and research labs for early-stage innovation
- Architect the company's 5-year innovation pipeline and resource allocation strategy
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global futurism forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or paradigm shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (GPT-4, Palantir, or equivalent)
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level strategy with 10+ years of C-suite exposure
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations from foresight
