Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating 2026 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and systemic impact analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Mastery of scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Fluency in at least two additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ trend forecasting accuracy
