Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight roadmap, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Conduct high-impact scenario planning and risk analysis for emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitor innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or clean energy tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
