As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop data-driven future scenarios that will position our organization as an industry leader. You'll translate complex global trends into actionable strategies while fostering innovation across our portfolio of emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Author high-impact white papers on future workforce automation and AI integration
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future technology feasibility and implementation pathways
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior futurists on advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (required)
