Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ horizons across technology, society, and markets
- Develop and present strategic frameworks that inform multi-year product roadmaps and business pivots
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forecasts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Monitor and analyze disruptive technologies and their potential societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools and frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
