Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth scenario planning to forecast technological evolutions through 2026 and beyond.
- Identify and vet emerging tech stacks, including generative AI, quantum computing, and bio-digital interfaces.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate long-term futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks to anticipate regulatory and societal shifts in the tech sector.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure funding for high-risk, high-reward experimental projects.
- Publish thought leadership papers and speak at industry conferences on the trajectory of 2026 technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Futurism, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, R&D management, or high-tech consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying market-disrupting technologies at least 3-5 years in advance.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence lifecycles and the ethical implications of 2026 tech.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex, abstract concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (e.g., Gartner, Foresight.io) is highly preferred.
