Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Create predictive models for market evolution and competitive landscape shifts
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings and scenario planning documents
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust knowledge management system
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or other emerging tech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
