- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with global R&D teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across product divisions
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
