Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Analyze global data streams to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups in key verticals
- Represent the company at international futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a proprietary foresight methodology framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend analyses (peer-reviewed)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level decisions through data-driven narratives
- Fluency in at least two additional languages for global research
