Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting business landscapes through 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across technology, sustainability, and geopolitics
- Design and facilitate high-impact workshops with senior stakeholders to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using AI-powered analytics and human-centered research
- Produce compelling thought leadership content including white papers, keynote presentations, and executive briefings
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product development roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
- Deep understanding of converging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting complex futures to executive leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
- Professional certification in foresight (e.g., CFIP) or strategic planning strongly desired
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives for major organizations
