Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate quantum computing, biotech, and AI into core business operations
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists while maintaining thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote speeches
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential $1B+ market impact by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 successful exits)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology with hands-on implementation experience
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
