Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend forecasts through quantitative/qualitative research
- Design innovation frameworks for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce executive briefings and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish industry partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026-relevant domains: AGI, climate tech, neuro interfaces, etc.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
