Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption vectors across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce trend analysis reports on quantum computing adoption, AI governance, and climate tech breakthroughs
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic impacts on global supply chains
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 boards and government advisory panels
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using advanced data visualization and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and government entities
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, AI forecasting platforms)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios
