Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends, sociocultural shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to capture cutting-edge insights
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate disciplines into cohesive narratives
- Published thought leadership or patents in future-focused domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience building and managing foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
