Responsibilities
- Develop and publish biannual 2026 Trend Reports analyzing AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and neurotech integration
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-2025 workforce automation and human augmentation
- Lead 'Horizon Labs' - quarterly innovation workshops with Fortune 500 CTOs
- Author thought leadership content for MIT Tech Review, WIRED, and industry whitepapers
- Manage a $2M innovation fund prototyping 2026-viable technologies
- Present at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology™
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing 2020+ trend analyses with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/societal journals
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences across multiple industries
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Sociology, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
