Responsibilities

- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks, scenario plans, and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate future trends into actionable R&D priorities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences to establish thought leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team using advanced research methodologies
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and competitive landscape analysis
- Integrate sustainability and ethical AI considerations into all strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Shaping Tomorrow)
- Experience building cross-functional futurist teams in global enterprises
