Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping 2026+ technology convergence scenarios
- Develop predictive frameworks for quantum AI, biotech, and climate adaptation
- Design human-centered prototypes for next-gen interfaces and immersive experiences
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Produce actionable foresight reports with 95%+ predictive accuracy benchmarks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in systems thinking and scenario planning
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary research teams
