- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise-wide adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Present compelling narratives and data visualizations to diverse stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-vision concepts
- Publish thought leadership pieces positioning the company as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing horizon-scanning methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi methods, STEEP analysis, scenario modeling)
