- Translate foresight insights into executive-ready strategic recommendations with quantifiable ROI projections
- Establish a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers to maintain intelligence superiority
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future State' publication, setting industry benchmarks for strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and deploying multi-year future-state roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualizing complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
