Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Coordinate with AI/ML teams to build predictive models for technological adoption curves
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry-wide foresight methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental prototyping and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix, Horizon Scanning
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term digital transformation
