Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging disruptions in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to forecast breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
