Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting industries by 2026
- Develop strategic vision frameworks and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews and data synthesis to validate future hypotheses
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic vision projects
- Experience building cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives
