Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for enterprise innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map disruptive technology trajectories
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement scenario planning for global megatrends
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level decision-making
