Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future disruption vectors
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives
- Build predictive models using AI-driven foresight methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and curate our future-tech ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record influencing enterprise-level strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact future forecasts
